Photo shoot with a super cute little family, today. Lots of fun.

Spent part of our day at the Norman Splashpad. Kids had fun and I got some sun. I love taking them somewhere, wearing them out and then enjoying the silence when they all crash.

My Tasher got a haircut this morning. I had a rough time cutting off all those curls, but I think he looks great.

Wednesday the kids and I went to the OKC zoo. We met some friends there early in the morning before the temperature got too unbearable.

Happy Anniversary!!!
So, this is slightly late, but 13 years and 2 days ago (June 8th, 1996) Tash and I got hitched. Can't believe it's been that long. Looking at these pictures all I can think is we were young and didn't know better. Wouldn't change a thing.

My firstborn will officially be eight years old tomorrow. So, today we celebrated by eating at the restaurant of her choice (the new McDonald's). I think Tash was embarrassed that his wife lugged the camera into McDonald's to take pictures. Oh, well. I'm one of those crazy scrapbooking women. Here she is trying to whistle in her straw.

Amos is at that lovely stage where I can't get him to stop and look at the camera for more than a split second, and...he never gives me a genuine smile.



Then, we proceeded to our next stop. This was a surprise for the kids because they have never gotten anything at Build-a-Bear. They like to look, but we've never let them get a toy. Amos chose a bear and Zeni chose a mini Jack Russell terrier.

Maren had to check her JR terrier to make sure it was stuffed properly.

Amos was very excited about his bear.

Then came the Clean & Fluff.


Birth certificates and official names.

Maren named her dog Jackie (original, huh?) and we named Zeni's puppy Jack, of course.

Amos decided to name his bear Jon.

The kids had a blast and made for a great afternoon.

Zeni and I attempted to take her 2 yr old pictures today, even though technically she is 25 months today. Some of these need to be edited more, but I wanted to get them posted during nap time.

Cousin Sarah just moved back home to TX from OU and she left me this fabulous chair. I'm planning to use it as a photo prop. Puck was my first model to pose in the chair.
