The fam is in town, so we got a jump start on Kylee's Senior pictures. Yesterday, drove around Noble and Norman. Today, hit Bricktown and the canal. Lots of fun, but very sore feet.

Spent last Sunday at the park with our favoritist friends. The kids had a blast and the grownups got to catch up with each other.

Spent the afternoon in Bricktown with the kids. We had a blast walking the canal and just exploring. Took a bunch of pictures, some good, some awful. I won't post the awful shots.

Finished our visit with a frolic in the fountain. It was a little chilly, but the kids didn't mind. Plus, we were only about 1/2 a block from where we parked the van.

My week so far...
This is a fence made of bicycles that I pass on my way to work everyday. Happened to have my camera today, so stopped to take a picture.

Maren's Awards Ceremony was today. She got 1st & 2nd semester Supt. Honor Roll, Spelling award and the attendance award.


This is "Some Days You Gotta Dance" from Monday night. About 150 kids performed 2 shows for a crowd of about 550 people total. They did an awesome job. Still can't believe the talent at this lil' Oklahoma school.

We celebrated Zeni's 2nd birthday today. Tash's parents are in town this weekend, so we waited to celebrate with them. Here are a few pics from the event.




This last one is a photo of Zeni and Amos at Maren's softball game Friday night. Meemee Darlene took this while Amos and Zeni were playing together.

Spent the day with Maren and her class at the Science Museum. It was fun, but made for a long day.





Being short, one must improvise.



While looking through the train exhibit at the museum, I happened upon this picture. The only non-Oklahoman train picture they had displayed. The Souris River runs through Minot, ND and just happens to be across the street from my parents' house. Small world.

My baby girl turned 2 on Monday and her daddy took her for her 2 yr check up. She is finally over the 20 pound mark at 20 lb 13 oz and 32-1/4 inches. Can't believe she's getting so big.

This is what happens when you mix scrapbooking with a person that dislikes journaling. I figure some time in the next 50 years or so, I will add the who, what and where of these latest pages.
